Hi - Im new here, not sure if this feature has been requested or not but figure I'd through it out there. Two Features I think that would be handy would be a custom fields, where you can have drop downs and custom text boxes for extra info and organization.

The second feature which I really thing would be awesome, is a way customers can login with a username and password (optional) to view all of their history. As far as I know there isnt a way to do this now (unless Im missing something) so this would be really helpful. Just my .02 cents. This is a really great product and it can only get better.
