Hello, I've just installed OST 1.6 and everything appears to be working fine except one thing. Emails are being sent fine to users who open tickets, and they are notified when tickets are updated. However staff alerts are not being sent at all. Under Alerts & Notifications I have everything enabled, I'm not seeing any errors in my /var/log/httpd/error_log or /var/log/mailog
This is my first OST install, so it's quite likely that I've overlooked something trivial. Could someone please point me in the right direction?
