I am working on this support website for the general category of computers. The problem is that when a user will try to create a ticket, it will only have the all of my topic together with no organization. Is there a way that I can have is so that it will some how show the department name and then depending on the department, it will display the only the help topic that are assigned to that department. If there is any possible way, please tell me. FYI, I have server access so if I have to I can edit the files.
