Hello, I have been working on a reporting and stats tool based on jpgraph, this is an external app cause I didn't want to mess with the osticket code.

It is really necessary to have a reporting tool with osticket

our team is eagerly waiting for a reporting tool to come up with osticket.

with graphs, charts and graphical datas would be really cool to watch and work on that.

Please update me once the development is done with this implementation.
