Emails not sent unless staff member logged in. The system does not seem to send emails when a new ticket is received unless a staff member is logged in. When I log in on a Monday morning I immediately get all the emails from tickets entered days ago, all with date/time stamps of when I logged in, not when they were submitted. I already posted in the forum about the staff session timeout doesn't seem to work. I have the "Enable Auto Cron" feature enabled. Anything else I should look for? This is a Windows XP box running XAMPP.
NEVER MIND. DOH! Ok I created a windows task to run the Autocron.php file. Sorry gang.
