Hello
I am very new to the osticket system, it is wonderful but just need your help to fix few problems:
I have Two departments (Support & Billing) each one is assigned a different email address (no-reply-support@website.com & no-reply-billing@website.com)
If I click on any of the departments names, I can see Each one signature that I wrote, and it is correct.
When I open a new ticket in the Front page. and choose the (Billing) Dept, i receive an alert (as admin) that a ticket was sent to (Support) Dept instead!
Moreover, the Department name in the (Tickets) page, shows (Support) instead of Billing.
Why?
