Hi all,
I am running osTicket 1.6 on Windows XP running under XAMPP 1.7.2. I tried setting the Client Session Timeout to be 0 to disable it but I seem to be logged out of the system anyway. I tried setting it to a large number like 470 and I am still timed out after about 5 minutes. Any suggestions on to disable the auto timeout of the client?
