Hello everybody,
I am new to OS Ticket. Thanks to the information provided by Masino Sinaga I was able to delve further based on his posts. i would like to have Multiple Attachement per Ticket Client-side (I need my clients to upload multiple attachments), this is my version of OS Ticket(1.6 ST). Can somebody be of assistance. Thanks very much I will keep checking the posts.
