Variable Missing Select Site From List

I am attempting to use the site powered by your software at Konzeptz.net and I keep receiving the error that there is a variable missing and I need to select a site however I have already selected a site multiple times from the list and I cannot submit a support ticket.

You'll have to contact them about it. It sounds like they've customized their osTicket installation, since there is no "site selection" in the current version.

Well that's the thing, the site is the only way to contact them. There is no other contact information. I thought maybe somebody on here might have some kind of info.

I took a quick look and don't see any way to contact them either. Even their whois information is hidden.

looks like you can use it to sign up for an account with them, maybe it would let you get a contact email address?
