How can i set an auto-reponse at my customer when he open a ticket?
i want that he receive a mail with the ID of ticket just opened

log to your domain.com/scp
click on admin panel
click on settings
scroll down to Autoresponders (Global Settings)
enable "New Ticket:"
If your staff are going to be opening tickets for clients you may want to enable the "New Ticket by Staff:" also.
