We successfully installed and need to customize the "New Ticket" form. We found the thread on how to Add a New Field, but we really want to remove some fields as well, specifically the Email Address requirement for the submitter.
There will only be a few select people submitting tickets internally; if they're already logged in - can they not just enter a title and description of the issue? We're enabling attachments as well, just don't want to have to enter email each time.
Help please?
