In my support system I need in 1 of 5 ticket to re assign a ticket to another staff member. Even I have to do so, I still need to follow up the case. After a time I have several pages with tickets and I forgot who is mine or not.

I´m looking for a mod where I can assign a ticket to staff temporary. The ticket belongs to me, but also shows up in "my tickets" to the other staff.

Do anyone have something like this?! It would be very useful if you are handling cases with different issues..
