I'm looking for a customer service chat software to add to my website,people recommended live person, 123flashchat, alive chat.

have you tried any one of them and which one is the best?

Features I want:

1. Notified me loudly when someone tries to connect.

2. I can see all the converstion logs.

3. Error can be captured easily.

4. The skins can be changed easily.

5. Monitor the customer service software on my MSN.

I used 123flashchat for months, and now i have upgraded the latest version 8.0, it's so nice. it's said 123flashchat is the best software, the important is that it can meet your requirement.

I would take a look at livezilla.

livezilla is a good software but atm im using Live2support - (Live Chat Software) so far im really happy on how it works :)
