Ticket Assigned Alert/Notice E-Mail Details

Hello,

I have implemented OS Ticket in one of our departments at our school, it is going really well. One function that we must have is to have Ticket Details Show when the ticket is assigned to a staff member. This is because our Facilities Team uses their Blackberrys as the primary source for messages. Is there a way to set this up? I tried playing with the template variables but was not successful.

Two junior members trying to figure it out.... this could be messy. :

In the main Settings area do you have the Alerts & Notices set to send to Assigned Staff?

It seems like that would get the Internal Note about assignment sent to the proper person.
