If you open PATH/TO/YOUR/INSTALL/include and edit the settings.php they are located there on lines 38 through 42.
My install folder does not have a settings.php file. Any other suggestions?
The file is in your include folder. Which is under the base install directory where you put everything.
support\include\settings.php
It may also be ost-config.php
