when logged in and you try to create a ticket it just says "please correct errors" even when all fields are filled out..
Bug in captcha handling for logged in users
This has to do with captcha being enabled and logged in users can not see the captcha field.
Either disable captcha completely or see this thread:

thanks, do you also know a fix for emails sending to some BUT not alll clients?
I would first check their spam filtering to make sure that is not what is preventing them from seeing their emails.
Then I would try using another outgoing mail server.
If you aren't using a real external SMTP-server I suggest you try that too.
Thank you very much for this information. I have been having this same issue. I disabled captcha completely, and the issue is resolved. It is great to finally have figured this out, this problem has been quite a nuisance for some time now. I appreciate it. I am wondering if anyone can refer me to any good (proposal software)? I am in need of something like this. Thank you.
