My company doens't really have an intratnet page, the closest thing to that is our OSticket page. What would be nice is if their will be or is network downtime that their could be a notification portion on the main ticket creation page, so they could actually see if the problem is known before they create a ticket. IE, Network Status: Down - Problem: Qwests CO is undergoing repairs. This could be done with a text entry box under control by the Admin.

I know I could do this by modifying the php files and what not as a matter of fact I have already added a staff login link to this page, so I don't have to remember the url for the staff specific page. But this would be nice not to have to jury rig it our create my own code. Just a thought.
