I have been running OSTicket for a little over a year and I have never been able to ge the e-mail option to work right. I have all the stuff enabled, but I jsut get no emails sent. I have an exchange 07 e-mail server, but i have also tried to use a pop3 server I have access to. I have looked around and cannot see where anyone else is having this issue. ....Help....:
