Email to all visitors

Hello,

I want to send email to all the users who have submitted ticket to my database. But I could not find any such feature. Am I missing something here?

osTicket doesn't have anything like this. It's sort of beyond the scope of what the system is designed to do. Your best option would be to export the email addresses from the database (via the command line, phpmyadmin, etc.) and import them into a mailing list manager or create a mailing list in your email client.
