Is it possible to set up the automatic creation of emails to use the "Reply-To" email address rather than the "From" address as our current Contact Us forms put our own email in the from address and the customers email in the reply-to. This means when tickets are being created at the moment, the email address is being set to our own.
Any help would be appreciated.
