Can't login to osticket

Hi:) I just installed osticket for the first time. It showed a congratulations page and that the install worked. Then i tried to login by going to the url for the login page. It will not login. Can someone help me please? Why will it not login?

Maybe it denied your URL.

More information would be needed to properly tailor a response to attempt to help you. (such as OS, webserver, mysql ver, php ver)

Try checking your php logs and see what the error is.

I had similar results and will let you know what my problem was, may help. I had uploaded all the files to convert to lower case, as I do for all my directories. This will make osTicket fail. Change your ftp upload parameters to keep the file case during the upload and re-install.

Not sure that is your problem but worth a try.

Hi All,

The setup completed successfully, but what's the url for the login page?

After I installed it... I go to http://localhost/xampp/geek(http://localhost/xampp/geek) and brings me to a page where you can either enter a new ticket number or check status.

I'm not sure what the url is for logging in as an admin.

I've already enabled it during setup/configuration, I logged in already once as admin, but I closed the window now not sure how to get to the login page again.

please help.

Try going to

http://localhost/xampp/geek/scp(http://localhost/xampp/geek/scp)

(ie add /scp/ to the end of the URL that takes you to the client page.)

This should take you to the Admin login page. Where you can add employees, departments, emails, etc.
