Hello,
I got a problem using osTicket (German) and mutated vowels.
If I write (in front- or back-end), things like ä, ö, ü (which are neccessary for German) it snips the text, things like,
"Grüße" will be transformed to "Gr". Hope you can help me to fix this error.
