Whenever I close a ticket on reply the ticket is not unassigning it from the person it was assigned to. So, then when I click on My Tickets it still shows I have 2 tickets open when it really would only show 1 ticket listed. The other ticket would be listed in the Closed Tickets section. I then have to manually open the ticket up and unassign it.. then My Tickets correctly displays "1 ticket" as shown. Is this a bug???
