assign ticket to another staff in vacation mode

Hi,

I have a serious problem. I am looking for a possibility that is it possible that if a staff is in vacation mode his tickets gets auto assigned to other member which he wants his ticket to be forwaded.

Please help I am in desperate need.

Hello! I would love to have such a features aswell!
if staff is in vacation, at least on new message from customers the notification should be forwarded to the department-leader - it would be just a couple lines of code to implement such a checkbox in the main-settings somewhere. :-)
