In the Admin Panel/Emails, I've setup an email address on a dreamhost server to act as my osticket email.
I can open a ticket via the form, and osTicket sends me the mail notification, and it sends the autoresponse to the user. I am able to reply to the ticket in the osTicket Staff control panel, and the user gets this reply. However, if the user replies to that email, everything seems to stop.
It seems that the problem is that osTicket can't check the mail.
I have it setup to do POP email on an SSL port, and I can telnet to the mail.myserver.com on that port and establish a connection. I get no errors when I press the "submit" button in the osTicket email config panel - it says it updated successfully.
How can I troubleshoot this and get it working??
I've tried fetch freq.'s of 1,5, and 15 minutes.
