I'm looking for some assistance intergrating some SMS function.
Yes I have read the other threads about this, none which covers my need.
We use osticket as an ordering system to track order progress and for users to place orders with us.
We simply need SMS to send a predefined message to the client once the order ready for collection.
Our SMS service uses the following format:
https://www.freecall.net.au/send-sms.php?username=123456&password=12345&to=mobile(https://www.freecall.net.au/send-sms.php?username=123456&password=12345&to=mobile) number here&text=Hi , this is . Your order is ready for pickup at 106 Guildford Rd Maylands.
Is it possible to put a button or hyperlink to do this?
