I need your help on osticket installation step

I downloaded the archive from http://osticket.com/dl/osticket_1.6.0.tar.gz(http://osticket.com/dl/osticket_1.6.0.tar.gz)

Unpacked it into /helpdesk/ directory in the root directory of the web server

When I try to open installation page MYSITE/helpdesk/setup/, I've php error below:

Warning: require_once(../include/class.config.php) : failed to open stream: No such file or directory in ***\www\helpdesk\include\class.sys.php on line 18

Please, help. Why the file class.config.php does not exist in the archive?

It does. It's in upload/include/. Make sure it got uploaded to the server correctly and isn't corrupt.

You may need to edit class.sys.php to read '\include\class.config.php' since it looks like you're running on a Windows host (though, normally, it's not an issue).

File '\include\class.config.php' does not exist on the filesystem and in downloaded archive. So it is not a problem with slashes\backslashes.

Could you tell me, as soon as the archive can be corrected on the server?
