This is an option I'd like to see enabled if possible, that when a new ticket is created all Admin users get a notification. Currently, only the SYSTEM Admin gets an email if this option is checked. We are using the system to between the IT Dept and that's it and we have about 15 Depts added to seperate the issues we add to the system.. so you can't assign 3 guys as Department Managers to 15 different departments.
