Hi Osticket users, I need your help am new to osticket but am getting problems with the installation.
I installed on a windows seven machine and it installed successfully however, when I try to go to another panel like the admin panel, it gives me this error. "Fatal Error: Contact system administrator." I have checked in all files but i have failed to identify the error. In other words I have stopped on the Congratulations page and am stack. And on top of that, I can access any other page.
Or is osticket supposed to be installed on Linux platform only?
