Realign header?

Hi all,

Thanks for taking the time. I am very much a newbie, and trying to make some very simple mods to the layout of the osticket page. Not having much web experience at all, I'm struggling somewhat.

I am modifying the header of the new ticket page, and need to left align the "Home, New Ticket, Ticket Status" links but am not sure where to do that.
