I have successfully setup OsTicket to fetch emails from my IMAP server. Although when I setup to use my SMTP server with authentication enabled I get this:
I know my server uses STARTTLS for encryption and I cannot have authentication disabled. I cannot set encryption at all on the email settings tab. I'm running Postfix as my SMTP server. Any help is appreciated.
