This is my first post, and I just setup osticket yesterday. So far I really like what I see, but I'm also seeing a few things I would like to change. One of the biggest ones would be a different editor for the Knowledge base and adding comments and what-not to a ticket. I'm thinking about trying to tackle adding FCKEditor to it, but am worried about the time involved. Time is always short at a startup when you're trying to make ends meet... :( Has this even suggested before?
