I'm experiencing an issue where the status listed in a ticket reply with the %status placeholder is not correct when a status is changed. When I send out a reply to a message and click "Close on reply", then the message to the user still says "Status: Open". Likewise, when I reopen a ticket with a reply, the reply text says that the status of the ticket is "closed" and not "open". This only happens when a ticket's status is changed with an email reply.
Anyone else encounter this issue? How do I go about fixing it?
