Hi,
I have a OS ticket on webspace with apache 2, php4 and 5 and pearl. i have the version with the german translation from the 1.6 version.
my problem is that the umlauts like äöüß in the non-email templates are changed. the database runs on mysql5 and utf8 I have tried latin_german1 and various combinations utf8.
running on my vserver osticket clean and that problem is not on.
I hope you can help me!
