I have installed the MOD's for 'Show assigned staff' in the tickets.php view as well as the "Claim Ticket" MOD in the full view of the ticket where it puts the "Claim Ticket" link in the view. I would like for "Claim Ticket" to also show on the default tickets.php view where it says 'unassigned' if the ticket is not assigned. I can't find where to get this to work after looking through all of the coding snippets on the forum. Does anyone have this in place and working?
