Hi,
I installed osTicket in our Company last week and all is working fine except one thing: If someone creates a ticket via email no autoresponse is sent. So the user doesn't know what is happening with his request.
My settings:
Autoresponders: New Ticket: Enable
Outgoing E-Mails are sent via SMTP (notification to the department members are sent)
Autoresponder at Help Topic is not disabled
Autoresponders at Department are enabled
What can that be?
