the second Mailaddress

Somebody can help me for this?

I have 2 Mail Adresses in osTicket: info@mymail.com and webmaster@mymail.com

Now i send a mail from test@mymail.com to info@mymail.com - the (Ticket)Answer comes from info@mymail.com.

When i send a mail from test@mymail.com to webmaster@mymail.com the (Ticket)Answer comes from info@mymail.com, too.

Is there a possibility to seting up osTicket that they send the (Ticket)E-Mail directed to the incoming E-Mail Adress?

I have configured all Mail Adresses in osTicket with imap & smtp.

info@ is probably set as the system default, which means that if there's no other outgoing email set, it will use that one.

You want to go in to the department you're routing the webmaster@ email address to and select it as the outgoing mail address for that department.
