i use OsTicket 1.6 and i like it.

but i need at open new ticket not the number of the telephone, can i delete this?

Yes, you can just comment out the lines for it in the following files:

include/staff/newticket.inc.php

include/client/open.inc.php

Make sure you get both the TD and the INPUT as well as the boxes for the Ext:

If you have a select group of people who are submitting tickets you may want to look at this MOD.

I use this MOD because I only have about 100 people who are submitting tickets into my system. The "Client" MOD allows you to remove "Name, Email and Phone" from your ticket submission list. It lets the users just select their name and all the other information is filled into the ticket for them. You have to do a little work on the back-end by filling in the "Client" list but a few minutes work on the back-end is completely worth it.
