While opening new ticket user needs to select department. How to configure this from admin side.
On the Admin side its already present, if you are talking about the client then this is where "Help Topics" comes in.
Help topics
Yeah just setup Help Topics. Each help topic is assigned to a department. So if they select say"computers" and had it setup for an IT Department it would be under that department than.
So just do it that way.
