does anyone has mods to:
1) add help topic column to the list of tickets in staff cp
and the possibility to sort them alphabetically in that list
2) another mod to add an drop-down list in the advanced search. like department or status but this one should be: help_topic
I need it to list only tickets with that help topic.
For informative and printing propouses.
