I want to setup the email and ticket # boxes and a go button on my homepage to display ticket status and perhaps customize the way the results show. How do I create something like this instead of using the one that comes with OSTicket?
Did you ever figure this out? I think I may have an idea to do what you want, but need to know if you still need help before I throw it together.
