I have just recently setup OSTicket and I am still in the process of getting all of the configuration settings in place. I have successfully added the settings and credentials for an email account that I want to use as the "Default system email" as listed in the OSTicket settings.
The default entry is "None: Use PHP mail function" in the drop down box. When I select my custom email account from that drop down box and scroll down and hit save, it says that the settings were saved successfully, but when you return to that page and look again at the entry in that drop down box, it shows the "None: Use PHP mail function" again.
Basically, my main problem is that I cant get OSTicket to pull emails from that email account and place them in OSTicket. And obviously I cannot send email from OSTicket using that email account either.
Anybody else encounter this issue?
