So I'm testing the the software (looks great btw, newbie here)
question, I did a test, created ticket. I saw the ticket in the app but I did not get a ticket number via my email...
How do I set that up? I really don't want to get emails on tickets, I will check daily, because I'm a small mom/pop, but I want to make sure my user gets his ticket number to check status. I'm sure I missing a step?
I guess I might have to set up pop regardless correct?
