403 forbidden error

I get this error when I try to access the osTicket setup in my web server:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /osticket/setup/setup.php on this server.

Apache/2.2.14 (Ubuntu) Server at 192.168.2.113 Port 80

I'm using an Ubuntu 10.04 server, LAMP installed.

On Ubuntu console, granted permissions to my osTicket folder, recursively to sub folders and files, like:

sudo chmod 777 -R /home/user/public_html/osticket

I wouldn't keep your entire osTicket site at 777, you are opening a massive hole for hackers to come in. You've made every file and folder writable by anyone.
