Does anyone have Pro Support?

If so...do you actually get answers back from the support staff?

I posted a bug sometime last week and have yet to get a reply on the "bug report' portion of the forum.

In answer to your bug report, I'm unable to duplicate it, but I'm looking into it. I haven't been around the forums much the past week due to family obligations.

Peter is on vacation at the moment and doesn't have internet access where he's at.

Those customers who use our professional support have and do continue to receive it.
