I just started with osTicket and like it a lot! There is one issue I ran into.
Since I use osTicket more the other way around - the Tickets should help me to keep track of mails I sent to others.
I would like to display within the column "From" (or within a new column) in tickets.php not only the original sender of the request but also all other recipients of this mail.
For example:
When I am writing an email request to somebody and put my own osTicket address in BCC: (supportxyz.com) I won't see the original recipient ( TO: ) of my email request. I only see my own identity from where I sent the request.
This feature could also be interesting for this scenario:
All emails to my address: supportxyz.com will generate a ticket in osTicket.
In case somebody is also writing the same support request to i.e. infoxyz.com it would be a nice feature to see within osTicket where else the mail has been sent.
Is there a way to display more information from the email header in the ticket view? It would be great if somebody could help me out. Thank you!
