Guys,
I would really appreciate if someone could let me know what to do in order to be able to change those plain text email templates with some fancy HTML ones.
I've been looking through the code of the email function and it looks like it strips down all strange/coding characters.
Can I just remove that and have it work?

HTML would make sense
I've been digging through the code too and haven't figured it out yet. If there is someone that can point us in the right direction it would be great. It seems to me that this would be a natural feature for a help desk.
