I recently installed OSTicket last week and it was working fine. When I went to the webpage and tried to login today I got a page that said "Support Ticket System Offline". How do I fix this?
In /scp/admin.php?t=settings, the first option is Helpdesk Status. Select the first radio button and save changes.
