I am new to osTicket (installed via Fantastico at SiteGround) and my first tests turned up spaces in my messages as well (see example below):

This was copied/pasted from the email I received and all the "extra" spaces and the linebreak in the URL are in the message.
According to my Control Panel I'm running 1.6.0 (latest version offered at SiteGround).
Currently this application is unusable. I'm hoping you have an easy fix.
