Seperate 'Billed' Ticket Section

I have seen posts for the ability to archive tickets without a good solution. I do not have the time to learn the code's flow.

I need an Archived / Billed ticket view in addition to the open and closed ticket views. Closed tickets are tickets that have been resolved, but have not been billed yet. I want to move already billed tickets to an archive / billed ticket view that is separate from the closed tickets that have not been billed.

I do not desire to delete the tickets.

Any suggestions?

Would you have statuses of "Open", "Closed", & "Billed"? or would you want it to be a Priority change? The latter is far easier in my opinion.

I would prefer the 3 statuses, but I am open to suggestions. I would even be up for the background color of billed tickets to be changed. I'm just looking to keep the integrity of the ticket's data (including priorities). Any noticable difference works for me!
